Nutrisystem Program Week 9 Update and Weigh-In

Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage & Egg Muffin

My husband, Neal, and I have just completed our 9th week on the Nutrisystem program. Check out our past weekly updates here.

New, healthy, routine

This week I realized that I have become completely used to my new diet routine. I am used to the smaller portions and am not getting hungry in between meals and snacks. I feel satisfied after meals as well.

When I think about our diet before we started the Nutrisystem program I realize that we were eating very oversized portions, especially at dinnertime. I would eat until I felt stuffed and couldn’t eat anymore. I would feel so full and gross. Not now. Now I feel satisfied!

Progress towards our weight loss goals

12-Week Nutrisystem Program Weight Loss Goals:

  • Jaclyn: 25 pounds
  • Neal: 20 pounds

The weigh-in:

  • Jaclyn: – 1.6 lbs this week
  • Neal: -2 lbs this week
  • -3.6 pounds this week combined!

Total progress toward our goal after 9 weeks on Nutrisystem:

  • Jaclyn: 20.2 down, 4.8 to go
  • Neal: 23.4 down, 0 to go

Even though Neal already met his 12 week goal, he still lost another 2 pounds this week! Very impressive!

I lost 1.6 pounds this week which leaves me still needing to lose 4.8 pounds to meet the 25 pound goal I set for myself for this 12-week program. With 3 weeks to go this means I have to lose 1.6 pounds each week to make that goal. I got this!
