As a #NSNation blogger, Nutrisystem® is providing me with their Uniquely Yours plan in return for my honest review. All opinions are 100% my own.

See how much weight I am losing on the Nutrisystem Weight Loss Program as I reach week 20 on the diet. I hope that sharing my experience helps you decide if this program is right for you!

NSNation Blogger

First of all, I have to apologize. It has been a few weeks since I posted a Nutrisystem Program weight loss update.

Time to play catch up!

I am still lovin’ my Nutrisystem Program meals and snacks, and have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the program. I love it, and am so grateful to Nutrisystem for designing a program with such great food that I don’t even feel like I am “dieting” or missing out on anything. I still get to eat pizza, burgers, and ice cream. Love it!

I am still moving along nicely on the program, as you will see in my weekly weigh-ins below.

Week 17

This week: -1.0 lbs
Total pounds lost: 31.8 lbs
Pounds left to lose: 53.2 lbs

Week 18

This week: +.4 lbs
Total pounds lost: 31.4 lbs
Pounds left to lose: 53.6 lbs

Week 19

This week: -2.0 lbs
Total pounds lost: 33.4 lbs
Pounds left to lose: 51.6 lbs

Week 20

This week: -1.0 lbs
Total pounds lost: 34.4 lbs
Pounds left to lose: 50.6 lbs

As you can see, I am still chipping away nicely at my ultimate weight loss goal.  I only have a little over 50 lbs left to lost. This may sound like a lot, but compared to the 85 lbs I had to lost when I started my week of Turbo Takeoff at the beginning in July, I am in a much better place. Slow but steady wins the race!

I have been reading this post again. I am working on loosing weight and after the amount of weight you have lost 1 pound would feel very minor. But that is how weight loss works. You are right to call it, chipping away. It is a chipping away process. Thanks for reminding me of that.

Very Inspiring. I just got my 1st month’s box. I chose the uniquily yours. I was wondering.. when you have a “bar” for lunch how do you work in veggies.. any adivce on adding veggies… one lady said she made cauliflower “mashed poatoes” to pour her beef stew over…
