4 Ways to Support Your Health During the Holidays

This post has been sponsored by Bayer. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Help support your health during the holidays with these simple health tips.

Stay Healthy During The Holidays

While I try my best to stay healthy throughout the holidays, I also like to be prepared for what this busy season may bring. I trust Bayer to give me the products I need for a better life.

Be Prepared with a Stocked Cabinet

While I was doing some early Christmas shopping at Walmart this week, I made it a point to stock up on all my essential products for the holiday season: Aleve®, Alka-Seltzer Plus®, Claritin®, MiraLAX®, and One A Day®.

Holiday Health Tips

Buy now to refill your home for the holidays as well!

By the way, I have to give a big shout-out to Walmart for having awesome and affordable gift options for everyone on my shopping list. I know that I can always count on Walmart to have what I am looking for at a great price!

Now back to those essentials.

Aleve

Aleve is our go-to for minor aches and pains, such as the backache my husband gets from climbing up into the attic to bring down all of our Christmas decorations.

Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold and Cough

If someone in the house comes down with a cold, they are going to be happy that you have Alka-Seltzer Plus handy. Alka-Seltzer Plus provides relief from common cold and cough symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, headache, body ache, sneezing, and nasal/sinus congestion.

Claritin

You never know what allergies your guests may experience while in your home. Claritin is a must for non-drowsy relief from symptoms like sneezing, running nose or itchy, watery eyes caused by indoor and outdoor allergens from pets, dust, and pollen on the Christmas trees!

MiraLAX

I don’t know about you, but I often experience difficulty using the bathroom when traveling or when my routine changes. MiraLAX provides gentle relief without harsh side effects, so I like to keep a bottle on hand for guests that may be experiencing similar issues while staying in my home.

Stocked Medicine Cabinet

I feel confident approaching the holiday season with Bayer products on hand.

How to Support Your Health During The Holidays

Below are 4 holiday health tips to help keep you feeling your best throughout the holiday season.

1. Stay active

Even though the weather may have you dreading the idea of heading outside for a walk, it is important to keep up with your exercise routine—even during these chilly months. Riding an exercise bicycle, running on a treadmill, or following along with a workout video are all excellent ways to exercise indoors.

2. Take a daily multivitamin

Adding One A Day® Vitamins to your routine will ensure that your body gets all the key nutrients you may need.

One-A-Day VitaCraves Women's Multi Gummies

I take One A Day Women’s VitaCraves daily. I love how the daily multivitamin gummies are uniquely designed for women and support healthy skin and nails in addition to eye and bone health.

Plus, they taste great as well—which makes me actually look forward to taking my vitamin every day!

3. Get plenty of rest

The holidays are by far the busiest time of the year. Between hunting for the perfect gift for everybody on our shopping list and holiday entertaining, I often feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day. But getting enough rest is essential for good health, so it is important that we stick to our normal sleep schedule as much as possible.

4. Stay hydrated

Lastly, remember to stay hydrated.

Stay Hydrated by Drinking Water

Our bodies rely on water to function properly, so be sure to get in those 8 glasses a day to keep you feeling your best.

Have a Merry and Healthy Holiday

Staying active with daily exercise, drinking plenty of water, taking One A Day Vitamins, and getting plenty of rest will help put you in a position to support your health this holiday season. But in the event that you aren’t feeling your best, having Aleve, Alka-Seltzer Plus, Claritin, and MiraLAX on hand will help you recover as quickly as possible. Be sure to read and follow label directions for all products mentioned!

Best wishes for a merry and healthy holiday season!
