Craving chocolate? Eat chocolate while dieting!
Now, my husband and I are both major chocolate-lovers. In the evening we crave a sweet and chocolatey dessert. This has been part of our “downfall” before staring the Nutrisystem Program.
But lucky for us, Nutrisystem allows us to satisfy our sweet tooth. In fact, the Nutrisystem menu is packed with tasty chocolate treats (some of which can be seen in the image above).
Having a variety of sweet chocolatey snacks, that are part of our diet, to choose from helps to keep hubby and I on the right path. There is no temptation to “cheat” because the tasty treats we crave are right in our panty and freezer. This is why we love the Nutrisystem Program!
Progress towards our weight loss goals
12-Week Nutrisystem Program Weight Loss Goals:
- Jaclyn: 25 pounds
- Neal: 20 pounds
- Jaclyn: – 1.4 lbs this week
- Neal: -0.2 lbs this week
- -1.6 pounds this week combined!
Total progress toward our goal after 8 weeks on Nutrisystem:
- Jaclyn: 18.6 down, 6.4 to go
- Neal: 21.4 down, 0 to go
Neal only lost .2 pounds this week, which might not sound like much but since he has already reached his goal weight this .2 pounds is really the perfect amount.
I am happy to have lost 1.6 pounds, slowly but steadily making progress toward my 25 pound in 12 weeks goal. I now have 6.4 more pounds to lose in the next 4 weeks. This will mean losing an average of 1.6 pounds a week. Difficult, but possible 🙂
